This virtual eight and twelve-week program progresses you up to the distance, as well as giving you strength and mobility workouts to learn your body and gain stability to tackle the race with confidence.
The series includes:
- Weekly emails with video content to help you hone your technique, learn proper exercise and running form.
- Custom training plan delivered through Training Peaks
- Premium Training Peaks account
- Cascade Endurance Slack channels (including private Cutthroat group) for coach and community support.
- Zoom calls at beginning of program and end to personalize the plan, ask questions about gear, food, and anything else on your mind.
