Spring Running Training Program

Transitioning from skiing to running? Want to build up your running you’ve been maintaining all winter? This is for you. This program is for anyone looking to build up to running 12-15 miles (beginner and intermediate options), or 25 miles (intermediate and advanced options) in a progressive, comprehensive way.
8-week program starts April 12 and goes through June 5.
This virtual 8-week program progresses you up to running 12-15 miles. The series includes weekly emails with video content to help you hone your technique, learn proper exercise and running form, a custom training plan delivered through Training Peaks, a premium Training Peaks account ($25/month value), and a private Slack channel for coach and community support. The plans are specific to your training experience and include strength, mobility, and running workouts so you get everything you need to train in a sustainable, healthy way.
Wherever you want! While there aren’t specific in-person meet-ups, you’ll have the ability to coordinate through the private Slack channel with your new community of new training buddies.
