JOIN THE METHOW TRAILS TEAM
Methow Trails employs a small year-round office staff and trail crew, and a larger seasonal staff of groomers in the winter. Our staff are all avid and passionate trail users who love the Methow Valley and are lucky enough to get to work where we play. We are all guided in our work by the mission of Methow Trails: we connect people, nature, and communities through a world-class trail system.
This is a seasonal, full time position during the winter season, with some part time schedules available as well. Groomers are the backbone of our organization and work to create the perfect trail product we strive for on a daily basis. The ideal candidate has light and/or heavy machinery experience, experience in the snow or grooming industry, is an avid trail user familiar with our trail system, and has good communication skills with a keen eye for details. Groomers must be comfortable working independently within a close community of groomers and staff. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is important. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis year-round for a winter season that runs December 1-April 1.
Interested applicants should send a letter of interest and resume to Executive Director, James DeSalvo.
